1 Definitions

BUYER – individual or legal entity that purchases goods or services through the virtual store http://www.homefromthefuture.com;
PRODUCTS – materials displayed in the virtual store http://www.homefromthefuture.com, which can be ordered in the store;

All prices displayed on the website are in Euro, invoice being generated using the NBR exchange rate of that day. Prices include VAT (24%).
Products and services provided by the company Trend Informatica are available exclusively in Romania.
Customer Service is available from Monday to Friday, between 10.00 a.m.- 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 – 5.00 p.m., except for legal holidays and other events covered by the Romanian law in force.

6 Seller’s responsibility
All products listed in the www.homefromthefuture.com online store are the property of SC Trend Informatica SRL, which undertakes no responsibility for display errors, in terms of features, photos, etc. In the event that the price of a product or some of its features are listed wrong in our database, we reserve the right to cancel delivery of such item and to inform the customer as soon as possible about the error. Images of products are displayed on www.homefromthefuture.com for presentation purpose only; products supplied may differ from photos without notice. We reserve the right to change the prices of products offered, to introduce new products or remove products from sale, without prior notice. The amount and colour of products may vary from the actual product. SC Trend Informatica SRL cannot guarantee the stock availability of all products displayed. For this reason, SC Trend Informatica SRL reserves the right not to honour an order if that product is removed from the current offer. The buyer will be notified in this regard and will get back the money collected by the SC Trend Informatica SRL for that order, if the payment was made in advance, in the amount equivalent to the value of the undelivered order.
7 Product purchase
Product purchase via online orders is subject to the following terms and conditions:
– Products can be purchased by those who register as users and fill out correctly and completely all billing and delivery details, or send instructions by phone or by another communication means.
– Product prices in the www.homefromthefuture.com virtual store are expressed in Euro and include VAT.
– The user selects the products and adds them to the shopping cart; when adding all desired products, the order is deemed completed and may be launched.
– Following receipt of an online or phone order, the seller will automatically notify its receipt by a confirmation email sent to the email address provided by the buyer for this purpose, when registering as a user of the www.homefromthefuture.com online store.
– The buyer is requested to verify the event that emails/notices do not reach the email Inbox, but in junk/spam.
8 Payment
The buyer will pay for the products ordered by cash on delivery, wire transfer, credit card payment via PAYPAL or cash (in agreement with the seller). Ordered products remain the property of SC Trend Informatica SRL until full payment of the amounts due. Our bank account number is sent to the customer in an e-mail, with the order confirmation and a proforma invoice. If payment is made by wire transfer, transfer costs are borne by the buyer. The date of payment is considered the date when the money went into the account of SC Trend Informatica SRL.
9 Delivery of products
Delivery is according to the option declared by the buyer when ordering. Products may be delivered by courier. Product delivery will be made within a period of 1-3 working days (usually within 24 hours) from order confirmation, for products in stock. For products not in stock, the buyer will be notified by email about the delivery period and any additional delivery terms; the buyer will confirm by email agreement with the delivery date and any additional delivery terms (minimum order, advance payment, etc.).
10 Product warranty
You cannot claim warranty as a result of improper or incorrect use of the product. Within 7 days from product delivery, if finding operational problems, the customer may request our company to return the product(s), only in original packaging, with original documents of that order. In this case, we may replace that product with an identical product or – if this is not possible – reimburse the amount paid for that product. All responsibility for these failures rests with the seller. Warranty of functional products that show no faults, is 365 days.
11 Terms of return
According to Romanian law, an individual buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing cancelation of the purchase, without penalty and without providing reasons, within 10 days of receipt of product. Cancelation of the purchase within 10 days can only apply for products ordered online and delivered by courier. The right of cancelation does not apply to buyers – legal entities. Buyers from the www.homefromthefuture.com store can return the purchased products only in their original packaging (undamaged) and accompanied by the related original documents, within 10 working days of receipt, without penalty and without providing reasons. Return will be on the buyer’s expense, using the same shipping service that was used for sending. The seller will return the order value to the buyer within 30 days of notification, by money order to the bank account of the buyer, and only after checking integrity of the returned items. The amount returned and the return conditions do not include shipping costs.
If the product is returned in a state that renders impossible its sale as a new product, SC Trend Informatica SRL has the right to apply a charge for reinstatement (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale as a second-hand product or, at the customer’s option, to resend the product at the customer’s expense. These terms apply in accordance with the GO no. 130/2000, when purchasing products on this website, using remote communication techniques.
12 Fraud
Any attempt to access personal data of another user or to change the content of the www.homefromthefuture.com website, will be considered an attempt to defraud the website and will be subject to a criminal complaint against those who initiated the fraud, according to law in force.
13 Disputes
Any dispute arising between the buyer and seller will be resolved amicably. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, it shall be settled in court, according to Romanian law in force.
14 Parcels not collected and returned; shipping damage
If the buyer refuses to collect within 5 days the packages received following orders made on www.homefromthefuture.com, the buyer is not relieved of the obligation to pay the invoice. In this case, SC Trend Informatica SRL reserves the right to require payment in full of the invoice, delay penalties and courier expenses for shipping – return, and to deny any future incoming orders from the same person. If the goods received by the buyer are damaged in transit, the buyer is obliged to report this damage by email or phone.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer undertakes all such risks.
